 Classroom Norms

• Times are all listed in Mountain Standard Time (MST). Please check time slots you are signing up for CAREFULLY!
• Class will open 10 minutes before start time. Participants will be let into the classroom one by one after verification is complete.
• Be prepared and ready to learn and engage! Make sure your space is free of distraction and has a stable internet connection.
• Recording Notice: Classes will be recorded and available to participants for 4 days after the close of the class. Video links will expire after 4 days and cannot be redistributed after the expiration date. All participants will be required to acknowledge they are OK to be recorded prior to class starting.
• Participants more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted into the class, and be considered a no show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE/NO SHOW PARTICIPANTS.
• Respect for others will be enforced at all times during the session. The instructor reserves the right to remove participants for disrespectful behavior WITHOUT REFUND.
• A full list of classroom norms will be provided and attached to the meeting invites. Please take the time to fully read and understand prior to class.

Important Note: Meetings can be shorter and depends on your engagement. Live Training classes are non-refundable and will not be prorated if times are cut short. Scheduled meetings require a 24-hour cancellation notice. You are allowed to reschedule (with notice) one time. Remember, this is an investment in YOU!

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Select the time/date the suits you best.
2. Proceed to checkout to purchase your meeting seat. An email address is REQUIRED for training classes. Your meeting seat will be tied to the email used at checkout and used to verify entry to the class. ONLY THE EMAIL USED AT CHECKOUT WILL BE PERMITTED INTO THE CLASS.
3. Keep an eye out for your meeting invite! Invites will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout, 24 hours after your purchase. You may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folders. All meeting invites will contain class materials and meeting norms that you will be expected to follow.
4. Show up to class READY to learn!
